Penn National Gaming likely will need more time to meet the conditions of a settlement withColumbus, the casino developer told U.S. District Judge Gregory Frost today.
The deadline to meet the terms of the federal court settlement had been set for Tuesday. Today,Penn National told Frost that it probably will need a two-week extension, although the casinodeveloper still will need to submit a written request.
